What the score is, and isn't
- It's a readiness check, not a promise of savings.
- Labour figures are capacity freed. They only turn into cash when you redeploy the time, grow without hiring or cut overtime.
- The share AI can take on is an estimate based on how rule-based the work is. A pilot replaces it with your real number.
Why some jobs get capped
- Nobody owns it, or it lives in people's heads: capped at FIX. Write the process down first.
