Are we allowed to do affiliate marketing on blogger.com?
M not too sure about that cos one of terms of agreement seem to say we are not to use it for any commercial purposes.
Also Word Press explicitly forbid it.
Below is copied from Blogger Terms of service:

7. No Resale of the Service. Unless expressly authorized in writing by Google, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes (a) any portion of the Service, (b) use of the Service, or (c) access to the Service.

Doesn’t it sound like its use for commercial purposes is prohibited? I have heard some instances where accounts were terminated for suspicion of being SPAM blogs??!! i.e blogs used to direct traffics to other sites.
This is from Wordpress:

And here are some examples of blogs that are banned from WordPress.com (all of these fall under the general heading of “spam blogs”, or splogs, and we will be deleted as soon as we find them or they get reported):

* Scraper blogs: Blogs that take content from other blogs and re-publish it without permission (this is sometimes called scraping). If a blog contains all or mostly stolen and unoriginal content, it’s gone!
* SEO blogs: Blogs that are written for search engines instead of humans. These blogs are dedicated to trying to fool Google and other search engines into ranking them highly. WordPress.com is not meant for this type of activity.
* Affiliate marketing blogs: Blogs with the primary purpose of driving traffic to affiliate programs and get-rich-quick schemes (”Make six figures from home!!”, “20 easy steps to top profits!!”, etc). To be clear, examples like people writing original book or movie reviews and linking them to Amazon, or people

So i’m all switched over now to my new webhost.. Only another 25 domains to transfer.

That wasn’t too painful at all, just a matter of exporting the database and then re-creating it on the new webhost and importing all my hard work..

I also have some link tracking/cloaking scripts on this domain so there were a few databases involved.. It has all gone very smoothly so lets hope the new host has a reliable service.. I’ll come back later and discuss webhosting.

If anyone needs to do anything like this with their blog or website don’t hesitate to ask me for help or advice!

‘Get into it’

Syndicate Kahuna – What Is It? A blog feeder or an article distribution service depending on which side of the fence you are sat.

Using Syndicate Kahuna as a blog feeder: Sign up and enter user details for all the blogs you wish to submit into the service. The system then checks the categories of your blogs and submits suitable articles to these categories as regular as you want, once, twice a day etc. This service is free of charge and there are no plans to start charging a fee at any point later. All blogs will initially be receiving articles put together by the professional marketers who are members of Portal Feeder, the top end marketing members only club. The articles will be unique and written to rank well for their chosen keyword.

Using Syndicate Kahuna as an article distribution service: You put together your articles using a syntax that makes them spinable so that each post is unique. Select the category that best suits your article and the system then drip feeds a unique article to each blog that has been put into the system within that category. Because every post is unique and dripped into the system slowly (1 every 6 hours), the links inside the articles appear much more natural than traditional article marketing where the same article suddenly pops up at lots of article directories. There is a small fee for this service.

Syndicate Kahuna say they have designed their system to deal with a huge 22 000 blogs so the spread of your articles will be big. What makes the system so good though is the way it handles the spun content. Spin ready content is when you write several variation for words, sentences and even paragraphs. The system selects one option and then move to the next and picking another one and so on. Just by writing a few options for each paragraph creates hundreds of variations of your article.

The launch of Syndicate Kahuna could signal the end for many of the PLR membership sites. What internet marketer is going to purchase PLR content, give the time needed to rewrite it and then the time needed to go to each of their blogs every other day to post the content when they can sign up with Syndicate Kahuna for free and have all the work done for them?

Article Marketing Automation, a similar service but on a smaller scale launched recently by PLRPro proved to be a tremendous success and this one will be no different. Syndicate Kahuna is run by the same guys that produced Portal Feeder and Traffic Kahuna and both these memberships are always full. Traffic Kahuna shut its doors within a day of opening and has remained closed ever since, while Portal Feeder’s doors have been shut since Christmas 07.

This tells you two facts, the services given by these guys are exceptionally good because members rarely give up their place and that if you want to get your blogs into Syndicate Kahuna you ought to act now. You can see a video explaining how the service works and submit your blogs by clicking here.

Here’s a post made to my second Blog IMDiscounter.com that I thought is well worth sharing with you here. While it’s a little basic it is good solid advice all the same – Thanks go to Susanne Myers

As a website publisher, you already have your own little piece of virtual real estate, just sitting there trying to make you money. However, the more pages of quality content you add, the more changes you’ll have to make the kind of money that makes you feel like you’ve got a web-business instead of a hobby.

The problem is that writing oodles of articles is tiring to say the least — or is it?

Nicole Dean, the Mostly-Sane Marketer, someone who I enjoy learning from, teaches these methods to build internet real estate without tears.

1. Grab a keyboard.
If you’re comfortable writing, and enjoy it, this is the way to go. However, I still recommend that you read the additional methods so you can incorporate some of them as well.

2. Find a ghostwriter.
There are countless writers online who will write content for you, for a fee. Find one that can write to sound like you and pay him/her well. Guess what? You just made your life much, much easier.
