Software reseller, affiliate, marketing firm to promote my products ?

I have a website, creditcard processors (2checkout, ikobo, paypal, shareit) and software products.

I want to work with advertisers (I tried bidvertiser and know adwords), affiliates, resellers or marketers on a profit sharing basis. So basically I can sell them the licences (product keys) as they resell the product to customers or I can process payment and give them the finders fee. They need to promote (seo,ads,maillists,better web site?) and actually sell the products to obtain any money.

How to accomplish this business model, which companies to work with ?
