Moving Web Host! – Wish Me Luck…

I’m back and will be moving webhost this evening, so once it’s done I’ll come back and post my thoughts!

Basically I am doing the following steps:

Download complete website via FTP
Export my database content via my Cpanel and PHPMyAdmin..
Change my DNS settings for the domain via my domain registrar (XRT – Peter Drew)
Re-create database on the new hosting account once the DNS has propogated
Upload all files, check and come back to post!

The downtime I anticipate to only be 20 mins to a half hour at worst.. fingers crossed, the DNS propogation may take a little longer…
