A New Article Service I’ll Be Using…

Articlez

Now here’s a welcome idea! I’ve always intended to start outsourcing my articles and some content creation for other websites (never my blog!) It’s just that the whole elance, rentacoder bidding etc etc has really put me off a little.

I was delighted when Chris Rempel (one of the few lists I stay subscribed to!) put me onto Articlez.com today however as it seems these guys have decided to provide us webmasters with an affordable and easy way to get our content created while maintaining a high standard and a hassle free service.

I will be loading my new account with credits (each costing a dollar with content creation starting from as little as $2 an item) and will let you know as soon as I’ve had some articles done and submitted successfuly.

Need To Get Content For Your Website?

Here’s a post made to my second Blog IMDiscounter.com that I thought is well worth sharing with you here. While it’s a little basic it is good solid advice all the same – Thanks go to Susanne Myers

“As a website publisher, you already have your own little piece of virtual real estate, just sitting there trying to make you money. However, the more pages of quality content you add, the more changes you’ll have to make the kind of money that makes you feel like you’ve got a web-business instead of a hobby.

The problem is that writing oodles of articles is tiring to say the least — or is it?

Nicole Dean, the Mostly-Sane Marketer, someone who I enjoy learning from, teaches these methods to build internet real estate without tears.

1. Grab a keyboard.
If you’re comfortable writing, and enjoy it, this is the way to go. However, I still recommend that you read the additional methods so you can incorporate some of them as well.

2. Find a ghostwriter.
There are countless writers online who will write content for you, for a fee. Find one that can write to sound like you and pay him/her well. Guess what? You just made your life much, much easier.

There aren’t many methods of building traffic better than eBook Development or Article Distribution. Of course organic search is number one in my book because it’s so darn cost effective and the results can be substantial. The only issue with organic search is the amount of time it takes to be fully indexed and listed in the search engine results. Indexing can be quick, however search result’s listings can take a long time. There are a number of reasons why a site is listed or not listed in a search results page for a given keyword.

Article Marketing:
Going back to eBook Development and Article Distribution, there isn’t a lot available for building traffic cost effectively as the two aforementioned tactics. Backlinks are an indication to the search engines of your sites relative importance. The higher the number the more important your site is. Article Distribution provides the vehicle in which sites will show a backlink to your site. Article Distribution will also showcase your knowledge for the article topic submitted. This is a win-win-win situation as it provides you with a backlink to your site, content for the article host and additional data/content for the search engines.

eBook Writing:
The case for eBook Development is just as great as Article Distribution. eBook Development can be highly effective for providing source information on a given topic. Therefore it’s a natural advertising medium for product sales or to focus on an affiliate product.

eBook Development and Article Distribution make a great combination for advertising, as they require little or no cost to develop.

Here’s a few ways you can jumpstart your article marketing:

Do proper keyword research. This is one of the first things that you need to do. You have to figure out the most popular keywords being used by your target market when they go online and look for specific information. You need to write your articles around each of these keywords/key phrases so you can easily make your articles appear on Google etc for relevant searches.

Analyze the competitiveness of your keywords. You must also take into consideration the competition online when choosing keywords to write articles around. Your articles will have greater likelihood of showing up as top 10 search page results if you stick with keywords that are not very competitive; meaning, they are not already being targeted by millions of marketers worldwide.

Keep your articles short. You need to understand that the people you are serving (online users) have very limited attention span.
